Parents are often guilty of neglecting their own health and well being when they start a family.  From our own experience at Family 1st Fitness we know how difficult it can be to juggle work, family and social commitments.  Often the first thing to go will be that weekly football session or trips to the gym as you won't want to spend the little time you have free, away from your children.
